ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns/exchange for items damaged in transit will be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the damaged print(s). Please provide photo with order #. Thanks!
If replacements are not available, store credit will be issued.
Shipping
Shipping time estimates (at checkout) are after the 3-5 business day processing period. All orders will be shipped Mon-Fri within 3-5 business day of payment. Most orders will be shipped out within 24hours. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking will be provided.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mattsart is not responsible for lost/stolen packages confirmed "delivered" to the address entered at checkout. Mattsart Shop will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
